I was just reading different blogs in search of something inspirational to share here and came across a blog post by Ilka Flood that discussed Arnold Schwarzenegger’s(The Terminator’s) Six Secrets to Success. In her post, Ilka included a video which I was very reluctant to watch initially but I’m glad I made a decision to watch it because it worked wonders in my mind and got me thinking like a winner again.

As you watch the video, I hope it inspires you to take a step towards the greatness that’s within you. I’d like you to know this: You were engineered for success and born to win.

I read an article that lit a fire in my belly and inspired this post. It was an article written by Darren Hardy of Success Magazine titled “Why the Rich Get Richer”. Have you ever wondered why people who are successful tend to continue to be successful while people who fail continue to fail? It’s because of 2 things: their thoughts and actions.

There are 3 secrets that top earners know about that if you catch on to these secrets, you will become a top earner in whatever network marketing company you choose to get involved in. Let’s dive into these secrets now:

1. Access To The Best Counsel:

We all have mentors incorporated into different facets of our lives often without even realizing it. The reason why over 95% of network marketers fail is that they pay attention to the wrong people.

Top earners in network marketing have the best coaches. They invest a lot of money in their coaches. It takes someone outside of you to help you make the necessary adjustments you need to make to take your performance to a whole new level.

Les Brown often says that you can’t see the picture if you’re in the frame. Top earners seek out people who have done what they’re trying to achieve and they mentally sit at the feet of this person to learn everything this person knows. Yes it usually isn’t cheap but it pays for itself.

2. The Right Connections:

As human beings we increase or decrease our level of performance to match the expectations and performance level of our reference group. Sidney Poitier wrote a book called “The Measure of a Man”. In the book, he says that when you go on a walk with someone, two things happen: either you match their pace or they match yours. The interesting thing is that this usually happens unconsciously.

Top earners in network marketing know that association is everything. We become like the 5 people we hang around the most. Our income is the average of the incomes of the 5 people we hang around the most. So is our health and everything else in our lives. The key to success is to upgrade your relationships. There are some people you’re going to have to count out and there are some people you’re going to have to count in.

3. Access to The Right Strategies & Systems:

Top earners have the right strategies and systems. They don’t just stop there. They take action to put these things to use. They usually work harder than majority of the people in their company. They are consistent and don’t give up at the first sign of failure.

Most people in network marketing are constantly struggling, guesstimating and don’t have a proven plan or strategy to follow at all. They go about without a definite plan of attack. If you want to take your network marketing business to the level of top earner, you too will need to know some proven key principles and strategies and how to execute them.

In summary, to gain advantages of the top earners in network marketing:

  1. Seek the finest counsel, coaches and mentors you can acquire.
  2. Find and engage yourself in a network of high-achieving individuals and connections.
  3. Learn and apply the specific strategies and systems that power the best in the network marketing industry in becoming the best in the business.
