I agree, everyone needs a coach or mentor in order to be successful in their chosen field. Just look at athletes. Even the most talented athlete would not grow and mature without a coach pushing him.

It is vital for success to “hang” with the right people. Shadow them and learn as much as you can from them…and most important…take massive action.
