Wow! I’m always searching for great motivational videos and content for myself to keep myself motivated on a daily basis for my work outs, my work and my life in general. When I found this video on my mentor’s website, I knew it was a grand slam and decided to share it here.

This video goes beyond being just a work out video. It’s 100% crystal clear raw undeniable truth about success that had to be shared with you. This video is so awesome and the speech in it is just so powerful and doesn’t get more fundamentally truthful than the words in the speech within this video.

When you’re trying to build a wall, you don’t set out to build it instantly. You set out to build it over time by putting in hours every single day to help you accomplish it.

A lot of people think that being successful is unrealistic. Successful people don’t believe that. They believe and agree that something different is going to happen when they act on that belief. It only takes effort every single day. That is all there is to it. There is no wonderful complex system. It’s an easy solution and easy path. When you put in the countless hours and time every single day, soon enough it turns something ordinary and mundane into something extraordinary.

What is greatness? It is not some esoteric quality that only a few of us have. A lot of people in this world search endlessly for the magical formula as to why some people are successful and why others aren’t. What it really boils down to is the concept of productivity. Nothing worth having in this worlds comes to us easy. Nothing great ever comes to us without sacrifice, regardless of how much talent you may possess or have. It’s all about the discipline of doing the mundane tasks over and over again. Discpline will always trump talent any day of the week.

There is a huge misunderstanding between talent and skill. Do all within your power to become legendary. If there is no risk, there is no reward. The people who are rewarded with success are those who are fearless…those who are willing to put it all on the line and risk all that they have for a cause. Success is not achieved overnight. It’s the cumulative results of mundane tasks leading up to this great accomplishment that you can eventually live up to. However, those mundane tasks are a lot easier to do if you follow through on what you absolutely love doing. Those mundane tasks will add up to something special if you believe in it enough.

There are 3 secrets to success that will push you to get everything you want in life and more. These are:
1. Risk – basically having the guts to go after what YOU want in life and taking that initial risk of falling flat on your face. If you never take that risk at all, you can never achieve the possibility of maximizing your potential.
2. Passion – Be enthusiastic and passionate about YOUR idea every single morning that you wake up.
3. Persistence – Never giving up on what you’re doing no matter how many brick walls there are or what obstacles are in your way. Never take “no” for an answer! Never listen to anyone who tells you no. Telling yourself that “I’m going to succeed. I’m different than everyone else. This is ME who is doing this. I have the work ethic, the drive, and the capability to be the best”.

The people who are the best at their particular craft all took the risk for something they were passionate about. Successful people in this world risked whatever they had to do something they believed in.
