Daily Habits of Successful People: It’s All About Routine
The most successful people in the world all have certain habits that they incorporate into their daily routines. These habits help contribute to their success and can be considered good habits to form. It could be something as simple as setting a goal to, “Do good each day,” just as the great Benjamin Franklin did.
It could also be something more elaborate such as spending most of your morning in bed like Winston Churchill. Churchill would wake up at 7:30am daily, eat breakfast, read his mail and newspaper until 11 am.
In the video below, Brian Tracy, discusses some habits that successful have developed that help them achieve a whole lot more. It’s all about their daily routine. Here are some of the habits discussed by Brian:
SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE PLAN THEIR DAY THE NIGHT BEFORE
SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE SET PRIORITIES ON THEIR LIST BEFORE THEY START THE DAY
SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE COMPLETE THE MOST IMPORTANT TASK FIRST
If you can develop these habits of successful people and do those three things, plan your day the night before, organize your tasks in order of importance, and complete your most important task first thing during your day. You will increase your productivity overnight.
Remember what John Maxwell once said:
“You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.”
Feel free to share this if you got value and you wanna help someone else out.

Simple Things You Need To Know To Succeed In Business
Was just reading an article from Success Magazine where Donald Trump(co-author of the book “Why We Want You To Be Rich“) talked about some things successful people need to know. It was quite insightful and I took some notes which I’m going to share with you here today.
To be successful in business, you don’t just need business acumen. You need integrity. This is something that’s quite important and will carry you forward in the business world. It’s as simple as keeping your word, or in other cases, remembering what your words were. Your actions and words eventually will point you toward having a reputation for having integrity or not having (continue reading…)
How To Avoid the “SCATTER BOMB” In Network Marketing
This post is for people who are in the network marketing, home based business or MLM industries. My goal is to help you achieve the highest level of success in these wonderful industries. Now, whenever you present your opportunity to a prospect and the prospect says NO, learn to ask for referrals. Ask them for the names of one or two of their colleagues who might be interested in this business. The secret to asking for referrals is to be very specific. You could ask a question like:
“Who do you know at your job who is already thinking of leaving?”
“Who is the most dynamic person among your friends at work?”
Never forget to ask for referrals. If you learn to replace every NO with just one new prospect, your warm market list will never run out. Also, have a system of following up with prospects who do not join. Remember that whenever the timing is right for someone, they will join you in business. Stay in touch with your prospects over time. If you’re kind to them, show them love and offer value to them, one day they will join you. This is why it is important to be very focused and stay consistent.
Once great obstacle that most new distributors face in the battle for success is what’s called the “Scatter Bomb.” The Scatter Bomb is a mental explosion that diffuses the focus of distributors, (continue reading…)
Ten Things I Learned From Harry N. Stout This Weekend
I’m so excited to share with you some success principles that will skyrocket your business profits. The whole of yesterday, I spent with some amazing people. It was a couple of hours of training by some of the most brilliant minds in the world of Financial Services/Life Insurance. I was thrilled by the value that was put forth that the presenters at this event. I took copious notes and wish to share them with you my viewers. And why would I choose to do this? Because I care about your success and I’m quite excited about what this information can do for you and your business if you study it and apply it to your business or life.
The event I attended was put together by mentors, Alex Ruiz & Kameron Kimmel-Ruiz. Just a little bit about this wonderful couple. Kameron Kimmel is a native Texan who grew up always searching for more and asking a lot of questions. When she was in college, she was extremely bored and looking to know how to own a business where she could help many people across the world. She happened to fall into the Financial Industry when she was still in college, a little over 9 years ago and never left. She has had incredible mentors along the way which led her to build her (continue reading…)
This post is for people in the Home Business industry. However, you can take the principles I will be discussing and apply them to any area of your life or business. Now, a few minutes ago, I just watched a video program by John Maxwell, where he discusses the importance of finding 5 things you need to have success in your business and doing these things daily. He calls this the rule of 5. There is a law called “The Law of Consistency”. This law basically emphasizes the power of consistency. You can’t start something and stop half way. You’ve got to commit to doing the simple (continue reading…)
Set yourself up to succeed: Any new habit has to work inside your life and lifestyle. If your goal is to start using a gym this year, don’t go join a gym that is 30 miles away from your house because the chances are you won’t go. Also, if you’re someone who prefers to work out at nights but the gym closes at 6 PM, then it won’t work for you. Your gym must be close and convenient, and their hours must fit within your schedule. If you want to lose weight and have healthy eating habits, make sure your fridge and pantry are stocked with healthy options and not junk food.
Think Addition, Not Subtraction: When you’re trying to go from bad habits to creating new good habits, think of what you can add into your life so you can enrich your life experiences.
Go for PDA(Public Display of Accountability): Get people to watch you, after you’ve made a commitment to start doing the right things. Tell your family. Tell your friends. Tell people on Facebook & Twitter. Get the word out there that there’s a new sheriff in town, and you’re in charge and committed to creating new and empowering choices in your life that will ultimately affect the lives of the people around you in a positive way.
Find a SUCCESS Buddy: There are not so many things that are as powerful as two or more people who lock arms in marching toward the same goal. To increase your chances of succeeding in life, get a succes buddy, someone who will hold you accountable as you work towards cementing your new habit while you also return the favor to them. For example, if you’re trying to get healthy and cut down some fat, seek out a success buddy for regular walks, runs, or dates at the gym. Also if you’re looking for some more success in your business, career, etc., find a success buddy you can meet with the discuss and trade personal development books and resources.
Competition & camaraderie: There is a powerful quote by Dr. Mehmet Oz. It says “If people would just walk a thousand more steps a day, they would change their lives.” Basically, all it takes is a little competition to keep people’s engines revved – and they get a wonderful sense of community and shared experience and camaraderie in the bargain.
Celebrate: All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, and it’s a recipe for creating a downward spiral in your life. There should be a time of celebration, to enjoy some of the fruits of your victories along the way. You can’t go through this thing sacrificing yourself with no benefit. You’ve got to find little rewards to give yourself every month, every week, every day – (continue reading…)
