To be the best in your Network Marketing business, you’ve got to be ultra fit. Getting into world-class physical condition is one of the smartest moves you can make. Exercising will make you look better, feel stronger and fill you with boundless energy. Staying fit will even make you happier.

One of the practices that has served me well is my daily routine of walking and running at least 30 minutes a day, usually in the mornings. Do some form of physical exercise regularly. This offers you the opportunity to develop yourself mentally, physically, emotionally and otherwise. When I go on my exercise regimen, I carry my audio player with me and listen to inspirational or personal improvement messages that help program my mind for success.

People who exercise regularly are healthier than people who don’t. Exercise can act as an insurance policy on your health and each day that you do it, you’re basically paying your insurance premium.

A good thing to do is to schedule your exercise or work out time. I’ve found that when you put it on your schedule you’re more likely to get it done. It doesn’t have to be something rigorous. It could be something as simple as taking a brisk 20 minute walk 3 times a week to get your heart rate up. The key is consistency. The more you do it, the more you will get better at it.

No matter how busy you are or how much pressure you have on your shoulders, a good workout can make you feel at ease and relaxed. As you exercise, there is likelihood that you will get so many great ideas and clarity of mind. Staying fit will even keep you happy and positive.

Regular exercise prolongs life, reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke, and improves mood and a sense of well-being. It also reduces the risk of getting cancer. With all these benefits, why not take the time to exercise?

A lot of network marketers don’t give priority to their health. Don’t forget that health is wealth. What good is all your money if you don’t have the health to enjoy it? Without good health, your millions and even billions will be worthless.

Why Do Network Marketers Need Exercise?

  1. They need it because of the pressures and stress involved in building a successful Network Marketing business. Network Marketers are always on the go, attending meetings, conference calls, webinars and trainings.
  2. Most entrepreneurs are known to have poor eating habits. Poor eating habits + pressure/stress = bad health.
  3. They get less sleep than the average person. Most people who have a desire to be successful in network marketing tend to work extended hours.

Doing exercise regularly will get your heart rate up and cause you to sweat out the stress and some of the toxins that are present in the body. Since most people have poor eating habits, there is a tendency that the body will tend to store up the bad cholesterol in the body. Regular exercise helps get rid of the bad cholesterol and excess weight. This will give you more energy to expend in the pursuit of your dreams. After rigorous exercise, taking a cool bath will help ease the accumulated stress on the body and will relax the nerves and muscles.

We have about 28 days to Jan 1st, 2012. As usual, a lot of Network Marketers are planning to incorporate exercise into their New Year Resolution. My question is: Why wait till Jan 1st to start?

My suggestion is to start now so that by Jan 1st, you would have gained some momentum and be well ahead of people who will be starting then. Make it fun!
