I listened to an MLSP wake up call a few days ago and learned a few things that I’d like to share with you. I hope that this post will be inspirational and motivating to you. This call I listened to was hosted by Jonathan Register, who is now a top income earner in the industry. This was a guy who picked up dog poop for a living and was hardly making anything from that profession. He said something very profound. What he said was that all the top income earners in our industry start out at zero, from nothing. When he started out in network marketing full time, he struggled big time. His first 12 months in network marketing, he averaged about $76 per week, amounting to a little over $300 a month. His wife was the one keeping them afloat financially through her job. Life was really rough for them.

The important thing was that he didn’t quit and was willing to do whatever it took to make things happen. He was willing to invest in himself, his mind and his personal development. He had to learn the skills and traits he needed to become successful. He picked up one marketing strategy and mastered it. Fast forward to today. He’s now making about $19,000 each and every single month and gets to vacation in beautiful parts of the world. He pushed the limits and attained a level of success that he previously couldn’t believe was possible for himself.

One of the things he shared on the call that really resonated with me is that results come from a focused mind. His suggestion was to pick one proven marketing strategy and focus on it like a laser and make it work.

No matter how low things get and how dark things seems just know that if you are consistent and focused and always investing in your mind then you will succeed.
