If you look around the network marketing industry you’ll find out that the majority of people are failing and they are failing at bigger numbers now then ever before.

Is it because this industry is getting harder to be successful in? Yes.
Is it because people have set “Unreal” expectations for what it takes to be successful? Yes.
Is it because most people don’t have the knowledge to succeed? Yes and No.
Is it because they are just plain lazy and won’t do what is necessary to succeed? Yes.

You have to understand that this industry is becoming highly competitive and the more people who continue to learn and build their skill sets the harder it is going to be.

As you look around the industry you see the greats, Mike Dillard, Jonathan Budd, Ann Sieg, Mike Klingler and the list goes on and on. But what is the thing that brought them to the top?

Consistency. They were consistent in their actions, they put together a plan and followed through with blood, sweat and tears. They lost sleep to finish tasks, they skipped lunch and dinner to finish a marketing piece, they said “sorry, I can’t go out tonight I have work to do” when all their buddies were out having a good time so they could work on upcoming products.

More than likely you have purchased more than one product that is the “next big thing” that is going to turn your business around and start making you money. Right?

Did you take action on it? More than likely you did not.

That is the thing. There are tons of products that teach you exactly step-by-step what you need to do to generate leads and build your business, but most people just read them and never follow through. Or, they try it for a couple days and when it doesn’t work like magic they just quit and move on to the “next big thing” again.

Here is what your plan should be like when you purchase a product, given that it is a quality product from a person with a reputation for success:

Go through it.
Implement what you understand.
Go through it again.
Implement what you understand.

Implement this strategy for at least thirty (30) Days and if you start seeing some results then go for another thirty days. At the end of those 60 days, if the results are what you are looking to achieve, continue taking consistent action on it and also move to taking action on another strategy.

Consistency is going to help you get things done. People are attracted to consistency. Look at all the leaders in your organization or industry. Are they consistency sending you a new newsletter? Are they consistently bringing value into your life? Are they consistency producing high quality products?

Consistent actions earn trust and inconsistency earns suspicion.

In order to be successful in business you need to be consistent. Building a network marketing business online is no different.

The consistent marketer always wins.
